Legal Notice:
-Cancellations: Require a 48/HR notice to be delivered via written request. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48/HRs of the set appointment time a fee of $50.00 will be billed to the client. Payment is required within 5 days of the missed appointment date or the clients account will be forwarded to the collections division at which point in the time the client will be required to cover the cost of cancellations in addition to collection fees.
-Failed Payment: Failure of the client to successfully complete payment will result in a double charge which the client is solely responsible. Examples of this would be charge backs on credit or returned checks. If the banking institution determines a payment is faulty the client will have 24 hours to correct the payment which must be delivered in cash or cashiers check, for double the ammount of the original price and made payable to the supplier of product.
-When scheduling appointments all clients are made aware of these policies via verbal AND/OR written notification.
